1. Garments are manufactured in the sizes advertised in the price list. Garments required outside this size range can usually be manufactured but at an additional cost. Garments manufactured outside the normal size range cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
2. Garment care - all garments have the appropriate care label inside them. Classic Corporate Wear is not responsible for the performance of garments if these care instructions are not followed.
3. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and carriage.
4. VAT will be charged at the rate ruling on the invoice date.
5. An extra charge will be made in respect of:-
   1. any special arrangements made at the Buyer's request in order to expedite delivery
   2. costs, expenses and liabilities incurred by Classic Corporate Wear where the Buyer gave inadequate or inaccurate instructions.
6. Payment is due by 21st of the month following invoice date. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery, but the property in the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until Classic Corporate Wear has received payment in full in cash or cleared funds. Interest of 4% above base rate may be charged on overdue accounts.
7. Classic Corporate Wear aims to deliver garments within 4 - 6 weeks of receipt of order, 8 - 10 weeks for specially sized garments.
8. Size specification and quality should be checked before any print/embroidery is undertaken as Classic Corporate Wear cannot exchange or give credit allowances for any printed or processed garments.
9. All claims for faulty goods must be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt.
10. Goods cannot be returned without the written consent of Classic Corporate Wear. Goods returned without consent are sent at Buyer's risk and are subject to a handling charge together with carriage costs if applicable.
11. Shortages and damaged items within a delivery must be reported to Classic Corporate Wear in writing within 7 days of receipt stating relevant order note number and date ordered.
12. All items are supplied as separates and whilst every effort is made to offer consistency of style, fabric and colour within commercial tolerances, Classic Corporate Wear cannot be held responsible for variations between production batches.
13. Samples are sent on approval, free of charge, but if they are not returned unused within 30 days they will be invoiced as a normal sale, with carriage and VAT being charged at the relevant rates. Customers are responsible for the return packing and carriage.
14. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by Classic Corporate Wear shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Classic Corporate Wear.
15. Classic Corporate Wear shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, parts and materials not supplied by Classic Corporate Wear, failure to follow Classic Corporate Wear's instructions (whether oral or in writing) misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without Classic Corporate Wear's approval.
16. Where any valid claim in respect of any of the Goods which is based on a defect in the quality or conditions of the Goods or their failure to meet specification is notified to Classic Corporate Wear in accordance with these Conditions, Classic Corporate Wear shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the Part in question) free of charge or, at their sole discretion refund to the Buyer the price of the Goods (or a proportionate part of the price), but Classic Corporate Wear shall have no further liability to the Buyer.
17. Force Majeure - where Classic Corporate Wear is unable to perform due to any circumstances beyond its control it may suspend performance while those circumstances subsist and any agreed date or period for delivery shall be regarded as extended accordingly.
18. Classic Corporate Wear will only trade under its own Terms & Conditions. No other Terms & Conditions will be regarded as binding upon Classic Corporate Wear.
19. Classic Corporate Wear Limited is owned by British Crepe Limited.

Carriage is charged per order as follows:
Orders of value £0 - £100 £4.95 + VAT
Orders of value £100 - £250 £7.45 + VAT
Orders of value £250 - £500 £9.95 + VAT
Orders of value over £1000 FREE

LOGOS

Embroidered Logos or Tax Tabs can be applied to all garments. They are priced on an individual basis, so please ring for details.
